Empecemos a leer sobre mi pueblo, un pueblo llamado Guadix.
ΒΏSabΓ©is cuΓ‘l es la diferencia entre pueblo y ciudad? En EspaΓ±a, una localidad se considera oficialmente ciudad cuando tiene mΓ‘s de 50.000 habitantes. De lo contrario, si hay menos habitantes se considera pueblo. En mi caso soy de un pueblo, ya que en Guadix hay unos 18.000 habitantes. Es un pueblo que pertenece a la ciudad de Granada, al sur de AndalucΓa.
En mi pueblo se pueden hacer muchas cosas: ir al parque y dar un paseo, comer en un restaurante, caminar por el barrio de las cuevas, comprar ropa en las tiendas, etc. Me gusta mi pueblo porque no hay mucha contaminaciΓ³n, cuidamos mucho el medio ambiente y tambiΓ©n nos preocupamos por el cuidado de los animales.
Lo que mΓ‘s me gusta de mi pueblo son las personas. La gente es muy amable y simpΓ‘tica. Tengo muchos amigos y amigas y siempre nos reunimos para conversar y pasar un buen rato. Normalmente, los domingos son dΓas de estar con la familia. Nosotros lo llamamos βLos domingos de arrozβ ya que cada domingo solemos comer paella todos juntos.
TambiΓ©n tenemos costumbres como el dΓa del Cascamorras, es un evento que se celebra en el mes de septiembre y las personas se pintan de colores. Es un evento religioso que pasΓ³ a ser una tradiciΓ³n.

Let’s start reading about my town, a town called Guadix.
Do you know what the difference is between town and city? In Spain, a town is officially considered a city when it has more than 50,000 inhabitants. Otherwise, if there are fewer inhabitants, it is considered a town. In my case I am from a town, since in Guadix there are about 18,000 inhabitants. It is a town that belongs to the city of Granada, in the south of Andalusia.
In my town you can do many things: go to the park and take a walk, eat in a restaurant, walk through the neighborhood of caves, buy clothes in stores, etc. I like my town because there is not much pollution, we take great care of the environment and we also care about caring for animals.
What I like most about my town are the people. People are very friendly and nice. I have many friends and friends and we always get together to talk and have a good time. Normally, Sundays are days to be with the family. We call it βRice Sundaysβ since every Sunday we usually eat paella all together.
We also have customs such as Cascamorras day, it is an event that is celebrated in the month of September and people paint themselves in colors. It is a religious event that became a tradition.
