¿Sabías que Andalucía es una de las 17 comunidades autónomas de España y que además de eso se encuentra en el sur? Hoy vamos a hablar de Las Tapas.
Andalucía es una comunidad autónoma compuesta por 8 ciudades: Almería, Cádiz, Córdoba, Granada, Huelva, Jaén, Málaga y Sevilla. Estas ciudades tienen varias similitudes y en ello destaca su amplia gastronomía. Andalucía destaca sobre todo por lo que mucha gente conoce como “Las Tapas”. Estos son pequeños aperitivos que han ido cambiando con el paso del tiempo ya que hoy en día podemos encontrar tapas enormes “tapones”.
La fama de las tapas fue por ser un aperitivo gratis con la bebida. La gente bebe y come pagando solo el precio de la bebida. Pero, esto ha cambiado, no encontramos la bebida con la tapa gratis en toda Andalucía; aunque sigue siendo el primer requisito “ir de tapas”, en la mayoría de las ciudades cobran la tapa a parte de la bebida. En pocas ciudades ha sobrevivido la vieja tradición de la bebida y la tapa gratis como en Granada, Almería y Huelva. En la gran parte de los pueblos andaluces se sigue encontrando también la bebida con la tapa incluida.
Las tapas son siempre una excusa para reunirse con la familia, amigos, compañeros de trabajo… incluso para disfrutar en soledad de las ricas tapas.

The fame of tapas was for being a free appetizer with the drink. People drink and eat paying only the price of the drink. But, this has changed, we do not find the drink with the free cover in Andalusia; although it is still the first requirement to “go for tapas”, in most cities they charge for the cover apart from the drink. In few cities has the old tradition of free drinks and tapas survived as in Granada, Almería and Huelva. In most Andalusian towns, you can still find the drink with the lid included.
Tapas are always an excuse to get together with family, friends, co-workers… even to enjoy delicious tapas alone.
